新加坡留学越来越受到留学生们的关注，而现在又正值留学的高峰时期，中国国际广播电台（中国国际广播电台（CRI）创办于1941年12月3日，是中国向全世界广播的国家广播电台）采访了新加坡意腾国际旗下的新加坡留学网新加坡总部。以下是英国主持人Nigel Ballard和意腾国际新加坡总部的资深留学顾问张艺璇老师的对话。
主持人：为什么新加坡一直有吸引着中国的学生？
张艺璇：新加坡优质的教育水平，完善的设施和优美的环境让很多中国学选择新加坡。新加坡学历世界受认可度高，学费相对于其他主流留学国家低。最后新加坡也是一个移民国家，对于中国人来讲相当有优势，因为新加坡70%都是华人。
主持人：新加坡学习成本比较与西方国家的如何呢？
张艺璇：新加坡留学费用相对于其他主流留学国家相对较低，至少为中国家庭节省将近三分之一的费用。
主持人：将成本增加在欧洲一些国家（如英国）为新加坡带来更多的海外学生吗？ 有任何今年增加你上大学的程序吗？
张艺璇：新加坡政府为了鼓励更多的留学生来到新加坡留学，在今年特别出台了一个教育信托计划，也即是EDU。凡是招收国际学生的私立教育机构必须获签教育信托计划。通过学费保障计划提供学生的学费保障。这也确保私立院校对于学费不可以随意收取和调整，也确保了留学生的利益。
主持人：你鼓励中国学生申请（新加坡留学）吗？
F：当然了，对于中国学生我们是非常欢迎的。新加坡的学历在世界上认可度高，尤其是英联邦国家。新加坡本生就是一个多元种族的国家，在这个国家里有马来族、印度族、华族还有欧洲人。多元文化在这个国家可以得到并存，各个国家民族间相互尊重。
主持人：是否有任何您提供相比于或马来西亚大学的中国学生的优势？
张艺璇：新加坡的学历在世界上认可度高，尤其是英联邦国家。新加坡优质的教育水平，完善的设施和优美的环境，尤其是社会治安出奇的好，就这几点让很多中国学选择新加坡。
主持人：是否中国学生发现校园生活在新加坡更少的文化冲击吗？ 你认为他们是适合在校园生活和有任何他们需要注意的问题吗？
张艺璇：新加坡本生就是一个多元种族的国家，在这个国家里有马来族、印度族、华族还有欧洲人。多元文化在这个国家可以得到并存，各个国家民族间相互尊重。那来自于不同国家的学生一定会在新加坡的大环境下相处融洽，学习生活愉快。我们希望来自中国的留学生在刚来新加坡的前半年，一定要先过语言关，因为只有这样，才能尽快的融入到课程学习中，才能更好的和来自于其他国家的留学生相处。
主持人：恕我冒昧，有听众朋友问贵公司是合法的留学机构吗？还是属于中介公司呢？
张艺璇：我们公司有通过五项权威认证。
1.新加坡司法总成立,ACRA商业局注册局认证,公司注册号:200700970D。。
2.新加坡外交部认证与中国驻新加坡大使馆认证。。
3.新加坡商业局量好信誉证书。。
4.中国工商局办事处备案。。
5.学生也可拨打(65)10000 (类似中国114)来查询各个机构的电话号码。和传统的留学中介相比，我们有两个优势，第一个我们是新加坡本土的教育机构，合法注册公司，第二点，我们是学校在中国的直接办事处，所以我们签订过协议，对学校是有偿招生的，但是对学生是全部免中介费的。
主持人：听说近期新加坡对私立的学校进行大洗牌，很多没有通过EDU的学校将面临倒闭的危机，针对此现象，我想知道贵公司给学生申请的都是哪些学校呢？
张艺璇：对，EDU的认证也大大的保护了学生的利益，为新加坡留学创造了更加和谐的平台。我们给学生推荐并申请的院校基本都是通过EDU认证的，没有通过认证的我们也不会建议学生去申请，作为新加坡教育机构我们非常重视学生的利益。
主持人：我看出了新加坡留学网的老师对学生负责的态度，那如果中国的学生已经在新加坡学校上学的学生，如果对学校不满意，想转学的话，你们公司可以帮他们吗？
张艺璇：嗯，当然可以，我们可以免费为其转学，只要学生持有有效的新加坡学生签证，并且在目前学校的出勤率超过80%，就可以申请转学。转学时你需要提供《出生公证书》和《学历公证书》的原件。你可以使用你第一次申请新加坡留学时的公证材料。
主持人：这真是对学生来说是一个好消息。对于考生和家长来说，听到这么多关于新加坡留学的利好信息，想知道一下，通过新加坡留学网办理留学的相关的流程是什么样的呢？
张艺璇：整个办理的流程需要你最高的学历毕业证书、最高的学历在校成绩，以及你的护照，这三样报名材料。先给我们新加坡教育联盟做一个审核，我们审核通过，你们可以递汇报名给学校。学校接受了所有的料以后，大约在一周出一种offer，包括入学合同，学生第一次支付的学费清单，还有录取通知书。拿到这些材料以后，你需要办理你的公证材料，一些出生公证，银行存款证明公证，最高学历公证，成绩公证等等。整个签证的流程在4-6周左右。

1Why Singapore has always been an attracting place for Chinese students?
There are so many factors like the high quality of education, the sound facilities and beautiful environment. Besides, Singapore’s education is highly recognized in the world, and its tuition fees are relatively cheaper than those in other English-speaking countries. Lastly, Singapore is an immigration country with almost 70% of Chinese people. So it is quite an advantage for Chinese students.
2How is the learning cost in Singapore compared with those of the western countries?
The learning cost is relatively cheaper than those in other English-speaking countries, saving at least 1/3 of the fees.
3Will the cost increase in some European countries, such as U.K. bring more overseas students to Singapore? Is there any increase of applications to your university this year?
This year the Singapore government carried out an Education Trust Scheme, namely EDU, in order to encourage more oversea students to study in Singapore. Any private education constitution should sign the EDU if it enrolls oversea students. The Tuition Assurance Scheme also guarantees students’ rights and ensures that the private schools are unable to make any improper charges.
4Do you encourage applications from Chinese students?
Of course, we really welcome Chinese students to study in Singapore. Singapore’s education is highly recognized in the world, especially Commonwealth of Nations. Singapore is a multiracial country, includes Malay, Indians, Ethnic Chinese and European. Multiculture can be coexisted here, different countries, different culture respect each other.
5Are there any advantages you offer for Chinese students when compared with universities in Hong Kong or Malaysia?
Singapore’s education is highly recognized in the world, especially Commonwealth of Nations. Singapore have a high quality education, good facilities and beautiful environment. The social security is very good. These attract the Chinese students to choose Singapore to study.
6Do Chinese students find life on campus in Singapore less of a cultural shock? Do you think they are well adapted to the campus life there, and are there any problems they need to pay attention to?
Singapore is a multiracial country, includes Malay, Indians, Ethnic Chinese and European. Multiculture can be coexisted here, different countries, different culture repect each other. Students from different countries can get along well and have a impressive study time in Singapore. We suggest students from China to overcome the difficulty of English, because it can help them engage into curriculum quicker, and better learning together with other students.
